Igloo

Brand Evolvement

A new FM company coming into an ever-growing marketplace, must stand out and be seen to be different for all the right reasons. Igloo is now that company.

The challenge, to create a brand and language in an already competitive arena. Pushing the boundaries and playing on the Igloo name, a bespoke font and identity was created to shake up the market place.

Inspired by the brands projects that are undertaken and the raw, honest, simple and functional nature of the services provided, Levells created a simple brand marque and a palette of associated brand signifiers. The word-mark was created from the shape and construction of an igloo, to form a strong simple typographical treatment and to be functional working across digital, print and physical environments.

The new identity is combined with atmospheric photography of the projects and language that is allowed to breath and reflects the spaces and quality of work, that Igloo produce and undertake.

"Our new brand awareness strategy, working alongside our business targets and goals is starting to see fruition. Our existing clients are buying into more service offerings and we are now attracting the right type of client, we were missing before."

Joy Lewis, Sales and Marketing Executive, Igloo Property Group
