The UK’s largest search conference, Brighton SEO, threw up some interesting facts in the way generations communicate.

So, why is this important. When Levells design a campaign or any marketing collateral, it is even more important to consider the audience our clients are trying to reach. All the messaging may be consistent and the same, but the actual delivery and user experience of that message, can be very different. As we all get older, our search habits and the way we communicate with others changes. Generation Z (ages 1-20), are more likely to communicate with images instead of text. Meaning we have to change the way we communicate to our audiences, to stay ahead of the game. It’s delivering the right message, to the right audience through the right channel
